EV10 is a 10kg level weight evtol, lift & cruise layout with fixed wings, payload 1.6kg, and flight time 3.5h. it is designed with small volume and highly maneuverable performance, so that could be benefit in patrol and inspection cases.
A stabilator was designed for EV10, it has the capabilities of aerial aerobatics, such as rolling, circling, and looping etc.
Computational calculation and simulation method were used for weight, CG (center of gravity), stress and concentration design, carbon fiber materials and CNC metallic fittings were used for airframe fabrication, and new form process was designed for the carbon fiber airframe, which could make it more strength and lighter weight.
