EV13 is a 13kg level weight evtol, lift & cruise layout with fixed wings, payload 3kg, and flight time 220 min. Tandem wing configuration was designed for a shorter wingspan compared to conversional airplane while keeping a high aerodynamic performance, and the distance between canard and wing was designed clearance to each other to induce the aerodynamic influence of them, and a longer fuselage can provide more space for loading. It has a small oversize, and long cruise time, and can takeoff and landing freely for complex arear, that make it very competitive for aerial photogrammetry and police detection compared to large UVAs, which are very difficult to use in limited space.
